  • 2 bananas ripe, frozen individually
  • cup almond milk unsweetened
  • pounds strawberries sliced, frozen (about 3 cups sliced)
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts divided
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds


  • Chop one of the frozen bananas into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
  • In a high-powered blender, add the milk, 2 cups of the strawberry slices, the unchopped banana, and 1/2 cup of walnuts. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in remaining strawberries, walnuts, and chopped banana.
  • Put into 4 serving dishes.
  • Top with ground flax seeds.
