Vegan strawberry sorbet, nutritious and delicious. Easy and quick to make dessert.
- 2 bananas ripe, frozen individually
- 1¼ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1½ pounds strawberries sliced, frozen (about 3 cups sliced)
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts divided
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
Chop one of the frozen bananas into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
In a high-powered blender, add the milk, 2 cups of the strawberry slices, the unchopped banana, and 1/2 cup of walnuts. Blend until smooth.
Stir in remaining strawberries, walnuts, and chopped banana.
Put into 4 serving dishes.
Top with ground flax seeds.
