Blueberry Sorbet

  • 2 bananas frozen individually
  • cups almond milk or other plant based, unsweetened milk
  • 3 cups blueberries frozen, divided
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts divided
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed


  • Chop one of the frozen bananas into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  • In a high-powered blender, add two cups of the blueberries, the unchopped banana, and 1/2 cup of the walnuts. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the remaining blueberries, walnuts, and chopped banana.
  • Divide into 4 serving dishes. Top with ground flax seeds.
