Delicious and quick to make dessert; high in fiber and omega 3's
- 2 bananas frozen individually
- 1¼ cups almond milk or other plant based, unsweetened milk
- 3 cups blueberries frozen, divided
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts divided
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Chop one of the frozen bananas into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
In a high-powered blender, add two cups of the blueberries, the unchopped banana, and 1/2 cup of the walnuts. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the remaining blueberries, walnuts, and chopped banana.
Divide into 4 serving dishes. Top with ground flax seeds.
