  • 3 cups sweet cherries frozen, divided
  • 4 tangerines peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional, but delicious


  • Coarsely chop 1 cup of cherries. Set aside.
  • In a high speed blender, add remaining 2 cups of cherries and the remainder of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped cherries.
  • Pour into individual serving dishes. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
