Vegan Almond Joy Overnight Oats
Your favorite candy bar has been transformed into a tasty and nutritious breakfast! For the wonderful blend of the coconut, almonds, and chocolate that makes up Almond Joys, we used largely whole food components. Make your morning a little more enjoyable.

- 8 tbsp oats rolled
- 9 ounces non-dairy milk unsweetened
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 1 ounce coconut milk canned
- 2 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 3 tsp coconut unsweetened, topping, shredded
- 2 tsp maple syrup pure
- 3 tsp almonds chopped, topping
- 3 tsp dairy-free chocolate chips optional, topping, melted
Mix together all of the ingredients, except the toppings, in a sealable container.
To let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and thicken, refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and chocolate drizzle if desired.
Preheat the chocolate for 15-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until it's completely melted.
The nutritional information is based on unsweetened almond milk and includes the chocolate topping option.
Make sure your oats are gluten-free approved if you want to be gluten-free.
