- 3 large apples such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz, or Pink Lady
- ¾ tsp cinnamon ground
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Let's Begin!
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
Using a mandolin or sharp knife, make rounds that are about 1/8 of an inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and salt.
Rub the cinnamon mixture into the apple slices and then arrange them on the bottom of the basket. Place only as many slices as it takes to form a single layer without overlapping the slices.
Cook the apple slices for 8 minutes and flip halfway through the cooking time.
If they are crisp enough to your liking, you can remove them from the fryer and repeat as needed for the remaining apples.
If you prefer them to be crispier, Bake them for 1 to 2 more minutes.
