  • 3 large apples such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz, or Pink Lady
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon ground
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • Using a mandolin or sharp knife, make rounds that are about 1/8 of an inch thick.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and salt.
  • Rub the cinnamon mixture into the apple slices and then arrange them on the bottom of the basket. Place only as many slices as it takes to form a single layer without overlapping the slices.
  • Cook the apple slices for 8 minutes and flip halfway through the cooking time.
  • If they are crisp enough to your liking, you can remove them from the fryer and repeat as needed for the remaining apples.
  • If you prefer them to be crispier, Bake them for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
