Instructions
Let's Begin!
In a large skillet, sauté together the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper with oil until softened and fragrant.
Add cooked black beans and heat just until warm.
Stir in the baby spinach, and cook until wilted. remove from heat.
Add black olives, green onions, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
