  • 2 Medjool dates pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds ground
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds toasted
  • ½ tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened, plus more for serving
  • fruits and nuts as topping, optional
