  • 30 whole strawberries washed and fully dried
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate vegan
  • 5 ounces white chocolate vegan
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Let's Begin!

  • Break up the chocolates into separate microwave-safe bowls with half tablespoon of coconut oil in each bowl.
  • Microwave each bowl in 30-second intervals bringing out to stir every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.
  • Dip the strawberries in either dark or white chocolate and then place them onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Place into the fridge to partially set and then bring them out to drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top before returning to the fridge to set completely.
