Coconut Milk Overnight Oats
These coconut milk overnight oats are easy to make with basic plant-based ingredients. Ideal for a healthy breakfast to enjoy. Coconut milk and unsweetened coconut flakes give the in-depth coconut flavor in these overnight oats. These are gluten-free and dairy-free. Aside from being healthy, they are customizable and can be topped with your favorite fresh or frozen berries along with slivered almonds. Refrigerate and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 6 oz coconut milk light
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips vegan, optional
- 3 tbsp berries fresh or frozen, optional
- 3 tbsp almonds slivered, chopped, optional
In a mason jar, put all together the ingredients. Mix well using a spoon.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 8-7 hours.
- They can be eaten warm and chilled. If desired to eat warm set your microwave for at least 1-2 minutes. And you can make them in advance.
