  • 6 cups kale loosely packed
  • tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the almond meal, paprika, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  • Remove the leafy green part of the kale from the tough stalk, and tear them into smaller pieces. Place the kale leaves into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and massage with your hands until every single piece of kale is coated.
  • Sprinkle the almond meal mixture over the oil-coated kale chips and toss.
  • Bake for 25-40 minutes or until the kale is crispy and just begins to brown. Stirring halfway through.
  • Once brown and crispy, let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
