- 1 cup medjool dates pitted
- ⅔ cup full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder plus more for dusting
- 1 pinch kosher salt

Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Blend the dates and coconut milk until very smooth.
