- 2 tbsp basil chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds raw
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
