- 50 grams seaweed dried or fresh, wakame or hijiki seaweed
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds roasted
- 1½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice or yuzu juice

If using dried seaweed, soak them in water for 20 minutes, then drain.
Slice the seaweed into bite-sized pieces if using wakame or other whole seaweed varieties. Place in a bowl.
