Pineapple Overnight Oats

These pineapple overnight oats are perfect to start your day right!   • Mason jar or Bowl with sealed

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz old-fashioned oats or any certified gluten-free oats
  • 4 oz almond milk
  • 2 oz pineapple canned or freshly diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil: optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 cherries
  • kosher salt to taste
  • nuts optional, or any preferred toppings: whipped cream, yogurt, seeds: make sure they are vegan

Instructions
 

  • In the mason jar, combine all the ingredients. Mix well till completely combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • Served with your favorite toppings.
