Pineapple Overnight Oats
These pineapple overnight oats are perfect to start your day right! - 4 oz old-fashioned oats or any certified gluten-free oats
- 4 oz almond milk
- 2 oz pineapple canned or freshly diced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil: optional
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 cherries
- kosher salt to taste
- nuts optional, or any preferred toppings: whipped cream, yogurt, seeds: make sure they are vegan
In the mason jar, combine all the ingredients. Mix well till completely combined.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Served with your favorite toppings.
