Ingredients
  

For the cookies:

  • 1 1/2 oz. almond flour
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter vegan, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp spice holiday mix

For the holiday spice mix:

  • 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 1 ts[ kosher salt

Instructions
 

Bake and enjoy!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • To make the holiday spice mix, in a small mixing bowl, combine together the confectioners' sugar, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, confectioners' sugar, vegan butter, vanilla extract, and holiday spice mix. Mix them well.
  • Using a small scoop, scoop the dough and form balls, and dip them into the confectioners' sugar.
  • Transfer the cookie balls to a baking sheet and bake them for 10 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool completely and sprinkle with a holiday spice mix.
