Tahini Green Goddess

This creamy, herbaceous Tahini Green Goddess goes with almost anything! Plus: It'll be ready in 10 minutes! This dish is gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 0z tahini
  • 3-4 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 2 oz soy sauce or tamari
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice the lime juice will also do
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 4-5 oz water
  • 4 tsp parsley dried
  • 2 tsp agave nectar any vegan sugar will also work
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combined all the ingredients excluding oil. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  • After that, slowly drizzle into the oil till well combined. Season to taste to achieve quality taste. (See note)
  • Put in the glass jar or any container. Start serving and have fun!

Notes

  • Add a little more agave nectar or any vegan sugar if you want a sweetened dressing. If not you can add more tamari or soy sauce if you want saltier dressing.
  • The dressing will be thick, but you can always add a little more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
