Let's gather the ingredients!

  • 1 cup Dosa batter store-bought or made from scratch
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Filling

  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic chutney
  • 2 tbsp tomato chutney
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  • Sambhar to serve
  • coconut chutney to serve

Instructions

Let's Begin!

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil on a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of the Dosa batter into the middle of the pan, then carefully spread the batter all over the pan in an even circular motion.
  • Add half of each: onion, bell pepper, tomato, chili sauce, garlic chutney, tomato chutney, chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Using a potato masher or a large perforated spoon, mash all the filling on top of the dosa.
  • Spread the filling evenly and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the Dosa has lightly browned on the bottom.
