- 5 flour tortillas burrito-sized
- 3 cups seitan or Field Roast sausage crumbled
- 4 oz cheese vegan
- 5 tostadas
- 8 tbsp sour cream vegan sour cream or silken tofu
- 8-9 cups lettuce shredded
- 2-3 tomatoes chopped
Prepare the tortilla to add the vegan beef in the middle and spread it out.
Top with vegan cheese, then put the tostada on top.
Spread with sour cream the tostada, then top with tomato and lettuce.
Fold the sides closely over the center.
In an air fryer, fry the crunch wrap till golden brown, then turn and fry the other side for another minute.
