Air Fryer Carrot Chips

This is a great snack for vegans and non-vegans alike. Carrots are a healthy, nutrient-rich vegetable, and when made into chips they are a tasty and crunchy treat. Air frying them gives them a nice crispy texture without using any oil or butter.

Recipe Note
  • To make them crisper, air fry them for a long time.
  • Do not fill the air fryer as it will cook unevenly.

Storing Tips

  • Freeze them for at least 2 months in a freezer bag, and reheat them for at least 20 minutes. Allow them to thaw, first.
