- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour gluten-free flour
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon ground (see note 1)
- 1 tsp ginger
- allspiced
- cloves
- kosher salt pinch
- 2 oz milk non-dairy, unsweetened
- 4 tbsp carrot grated
- 3 tbsp walnuts chopped
- 1-2 tbsp raisins or chopped dates
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, maple syrup, allspice, cinnamon, and kosher salt. Stir till combined.
Add the grated carrot, raisins, walnuts, and milk to the all-purpose mixture.
Air fry at 350°F for 14-15 minutes. Add 5 minutes of cooking, if necessary.
