Apple Butternut Squash Flatbread

A flatbread that is filled with spinach, apples, and butternut squash with grated gouda cheese. Delicious, vegan, and meatless recipe for everyone.

Ingredients
  

Plant-based ingredients:

  • 3 flatbread vegan
  • 2 small apple thinly sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup butternut squash cubes
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 8 oz. gouda cheese vegan
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach chopped, or arugula
  • 1 small shallot thinly sliced

Instructions
 

Set the ingredients over a flatbread!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the baking sheet.
  • On a greased baking sheet, place the flatbreads then set the spinach, apple, butternut squash, shallot, and grated gouda cheese.
  • In a preheated oven, place the prepared flatbread nad bake for 20-25 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
