Plant-based ingredients:
- 3 flatbread vegan
- 2 small apple thinly sliced, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup butternut squash cubes
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz. gouda cheese vegan
- 1 1/2 cups spinach chopped, or arugula
- 1 small shallot thinly sliced
Set the ingredients over a flatbread!
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the baking sheet.
On a greased baking sheet, place the flatbreads then set the spinach, apple, butternut squash, shallot, and grated gouda cheese.
In a preheated oven, place the prepared flatbread nad bake for 20-25 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
