- 3 cups sweet cherries frozen, divided
- 4 tangerines peeled
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional, but delicious
Coarsely chop 1 cup of cherries. Set aside.
In a high speed blender, add remaining 2 cups of cherries and the remainder of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the chopped cherries.
Pour into individual serving dishes. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
