  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • ¼ cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Let's Begin!

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flours, olive oil, chilies, paprika, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well until there are no lumps.
  • Add the sliced onions to the batter, and mix well until all the onions are covered.
  • Take a tablespoonful of the batter one at a time, shaking off any dripping batter, and place them on the sheet at an equal distance.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately with ketchup or chutney.
