- 15 oz garbanzo beans can, chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1-2 cups spinach fresh leaves
- 4 oz cilantro
- 2 oz parsley
- 2-3 oz green onions sliced
- 1-2 tsp chives chopped
In a food processor, combine lime juice, chickpeas, garlic, and 3 oz of water till smooth.
Mix the rest of the ingredients. Covered till all the ingredients are combined.
Cover and refrigerate and serve.
