Without tahini, this is a rich, creamy Irish hummus! This easy hummus is even better than Trader Joe's and can be used as a sandwich, dip, spread, and more!

- 10 oz edamame frozen, thawed, shelled
- 8 oz avocado ripe
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 large lemon zest and juice, 3-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper
- onion powder
- 3-4 tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 6 tsp olive oil
- pita chips for serving

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients from edamame to cilantro. Mix well till combined.
Pour the mixture in the olive oil while the food processor is working and blend for about 5 seconds more, or till combined.
Season to taste with pepper and salt. Serve with veggies and pita chips, if desired.
