Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette
This simple mandarin orange vinaigrette is very tangy, and it pairs nicely with a spinach salad. They are in 5 minutes!

- 6 oz apple cider vinegar
- 6 oz orange juice mandarin
- 2-3 tbsp red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1 shallot minced
- kosher salt to taste
- 1 cup olive oil extra-virgin
In a blender pulse the ingredients from apple cider vinegar to kosher salt.
While pulsing, add gradually the olive oil to the mixture.
Place in a glass jar and chill the vinaigrette for up to one week. Enjoy!
