Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce your choice: regular, low-sodium
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or other natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic ground
  • 1 tsp ginger ground or minced

  • Whisk together all ingredients. Adjust the amounts to personal taste.
