- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup seitan sliced
- ½ bell pepper sliced thin
- 1 carrot sliced into thin strips
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 handful peas
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 2 chilis sliced
- 2 sprigs green onion chopped
