Instructions
Soak the dried coconut in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain.
In a high-powered blender, put coconut, banana, pineapple, lemon juice, and vanilla. Blend until pureed smooth.
Stir in lemon bits.
Divide into 4 serving bowls.
