Vegan Veggie Burger Recipe 
All you need is a quick and healthy vegan burger! This vegan veggie burger is made with simple vegetables. It is suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. In this recipe, portabella mushroom patties are used. They're simple to make and made with  100% plant-based ingredients.

You Will Need: 2  cups  Portobella mushroom  sliced 4  cloves  garlic  minced 1  big  yellow onion  diced 2-3  cups  quinoa  cooked 1  can  black beans  drained 4  oz.  walnuts 3  cups  spinach 1-2  cups  panko bread crumbs 4  tbsp  flax seed  plus 3 tbsp of water 4  tbsp  soy sauce ½  tsp  paprika  smoked ½  tsp  cumin ¼  tsp  red pepper  flakes kosher salt  pinch or season to taste black pepper  pinch or season to taste Prepare The Mushroom Mixture Patties: In a saucepan, boil the quinoa for at least 18-20 minutes with cover. 
On a prepared skillet with olive oil, cook the onions, mushrooms, and garlic  
for 5 minutes or till golden brown. Add the spinach to the cooked mushrooms and onions and cook till the spinach are soft. Once cooked, set them aside. 
Transfer the prepared cooled mushroom mixture, cooked quinoa, and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse them all till combined. 
Form a Veggie Patties: Scoop out the mixture and mold them to form patties of your desired thickness. 
In a skillet with olive oil, cook the patties on each side for at least 3 to 4 minutes or till golden brown and crisp.
