Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup tofu extra firm, cut into strips
  • 4-5 asparagus stalks, ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 5 brussels sprouts halved
  • 3-4 mushrooms brown, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • Italian seasoning
  • sesame oil or olive oil
  • soy sauce to taste
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • sesame seeds roasted, white

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, place all the ingredients. Mix well
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F, then place the mixed ingredients into the air fryer basket.
  • When cooked, top with roasted white sesame seeds. Served with steamed rice, if desired.

Notes

Note:

As with any Stir Fry or Air Fry, change up the ingredients according to what you have on hand. In fact, even the tofu might be replaced with seitan or tempeh.
