In a mixing bowl, place all the ingredients. Mix well
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F, then place the mixed ingredients into the air fryer basket.
When cooked, top with roasted white sesame seeds. Served with steamed rice, if desired.

As with any Stir Fry or Air Fry, change up the ingredients according to what you have on hand. In fact, even the tofu might be replaced with seitan or tempeh.
