- Combine flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, pepper, in a bowl.
- Whisk together dry mustard and vinegar.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Whisk into dry ingredients to make a smooth batter.
- Mixture should be a thick batter consistancy. If needed, adjust by adding water or flour.
- Toss cauliflower florets with the coating.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until coating is dry and cauliflower is tender.
Serving Idea: Serve alongside carrot sticks and celery sticks for an easy finger food snack or simple meal.
Helpful Hints
- You may substitute Dijon mustard for the vinegar and powdered mustard
