Vegan Almond Joy Overnight Oats
Overnight oats with almond bliss are a treat for the morning! The best Almond Joy Overnight Oats are made with chewy coconut, rich chocolate, and crunchy almonds. Your new favorite guilt-free breakfast has just become your favorite candy bar! In addition, a fancy way of expressing oatmeal that’s been cooked ahead of time or oatmeal that’s been prepped ahead of time is what they’re all about. Because you can make them the night before or even many days ahead of time, they’re quite convenient. And what’s even better? There’s no need to cook!
When you’re on the run, these overnight oats are the perfect breakfast to prepare ahead of time. Meal planning is one of my favorite things to do if you know me. Having nutritious, easy-to-prepare meals at my fingertips saves me so much time and energy.
Are Overnight Oats Healthy?
One of my favorite breakfasts is overnight oats. As we all know that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day, why not start the day with dairy-free oats? The soluble fiber beta-glucan, which stimulates the liver to eliminate “bad” cholesterol from the blood, is rich in oats. For optimal health, we should consume 30 grams of fiber per day, and males should consume 48 grams per day! Oats include 4 grams of fiber per serving, and this dish has 10 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein.
As your own good friend, prepare a double batch of this vegan overnight oats recipe so you have some dessert for tomorrow!
