Ingredients
  

Blackberry & Apple Filling:

  • 2 medium apples peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 4 tbsp water

Crumble Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp molasses blackstrap
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger ground
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • kosher salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare the baking dish.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water apples, blackberries, and coconut sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes until the fruits are soft.
  • To make the crumble, in a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, molasses, coconut sugar, ginger, pumpkin spice, and kosher salt.
  • In a prepared baking dish, add the boiled apples and blackberries and top with the prepared crumble mixture.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
