  • 6 ears fresh corn
  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • ½ serrano chili
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • kosher salt (to taste)
