Let's gather the ingredients!

  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu water-packed
  • ½ cup refined coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • tsp kosher salt

  • Drain and press your tofu with your hands, getting out as much liquid as possible.
