Storing Tips

Storing your Polenta Fries can be incredibly easy and effective. After baking, the fries will last in an airtight container for up to three days. When transferring your fries from the baking sheet to a container, allow them to cool for 10 minutes before closing completely. This will help maintain their crispy texture longer-term.

Alternatively, you can store cooked Polenta Fries in a rectangular freezer-safe container (with a lid) for up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat them in a preheated oven of 350°F until they reach your desired crispiness or restaurant-quality taste – what a treat! To further ensure freshness, separate each fry with parchment paper so they don’t stick together when freezing. Now that you know how effortless it is to store Crispy Baked Polenta Fries, let’s get cooking!
