Additionally, it is packed with antioxidants that offer protection from many chronic diseases. Eating zucchini also reduces food cravings due to its high dietary fiber content and keeps an individual feeling full for longer.

Cashew

Cashews are an incredibly versatile snack that offers a range of important health benefits. Not only are cashews packed full of essential vitamins and minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and essential fatty acids, but eating them can also have positive impacts on your overall health. Studies have revealed that adding cashews to your diet may lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes by regulating blood sugar levels. Cashew nuts also contain antioxidants that can help the body fight off infections and even protect against some forms of cancer.

Tomato

Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as potassium and fiber – all of which can help boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. Furthermore, tomatoes contain a powerful antioxidant called lycopene which can protect us from heart disease and some forms of cancer. Eating lots of tomatoes in your diet may even trigger better digestion and provide added energy by increasing your iron levels.
