In heat of summer, there’s almost nothing better than a fresh green salad topped with a really good raspberry vinaigrette, and I’ve finally got an absolutely delicious and healthy Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing that I’m excited to share with you all today!

This raspberry salad dressing is an awesome healthy alternative to those store-bought salad dressings that are loaded with preservatives, sugar, and fat. It’s made with only fresh fruit, a small amount of good olive oil, vinegar, and honey instead of sugar as a sweetener. It’s a truly delectable salad dressing that will keep you on track throughout the summer! And it’s literally as easy as tossing everything into a blender and blending until smooth! Allow the dressing to chill for a few hours before serving, or use it right away on your favorite salads!

Honey Substitution

Honey adds just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the tart raspberries and acidic vinegar. If you choose to make this vegan, there are some excellent substitutes. Agave nectar is my preferred option, but it is slightly sweeter than honey. 2 teaspoons of agave nectar can be substituted for 1 tablespoon of honey.

  • 4 oz raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 2 oz balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil


  • Rinse the raspberries thoroughly.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients excluding the oil. 
  • Serve with a salad.
