Japanese Vegan Miso Soup
Ingredients
Let's gather the ingredients!
- 1 tbsp wakame dried seaweed
- 1 cup water
- 1¼ tsp kombu dashi vegan dashi
- 2½ tbsp miso paste
- ½ block silken tofu cubed
- 1 sprig scallion sliced
