  • tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 14-ounce can coconut milk full-fat
  • cups water more or less as needed
  • tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
  • coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk to garnish
  • chopped fresh parsley to garnish
