- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cranberry dried
- ¼ cup vegan white chocolate chopped

- ⅛ cup vegan white chocolate chopped
Instructions
Let's Begin!
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Whisk together to combine.
- In a different bowl, combine maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil. Stir well until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredient to the dry ingredient, then using a wooden spoon, stir the mixture just until a bit combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and vegan white chocolate. Make sure to not over mix the dough.
- Using a one-inch cookie scoop or two spoons, portion the dough equally and transfer each ball to the prepared baking sheet.
