- 7 ounces vegan butter softened
- 4½ ounces confectioner's sugar sifted
- 11 ounces all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar for garnish

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, whip together the vegan butter and confectioner's sugar to create a soft buttercream.
- Add the flour, cornstarch, almond milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until just combined.
- Turn the dough on a lightly floured surface, then flatten the dough ½-inch thick.
