- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper ground
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk, then stir until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
