Stir-Fried Green Edamame
Ingredients

- 1 pound edamame in the pod (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Let's Begin!
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt.
- Add the edamame and return to a boil. Cook the edamame for 3 to 5 minutes until bright green and heated through. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook just until the garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Mix well.
