- 15 oz. sweet potato puree
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground
- 1 cup graham crackers crushed, vegan, dairy-free, try Nabisco brand
- 4 tbsp butter melted, vegan and dairy-free, homemade or store bought
- 2 tsp raw sugar
- kosher salt pinch
- 2-3 sticks butter softened, vegan
- 8 oz. whipped cream vegan, dairy-free
- 1 cup powdered sugar organic
- 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
- kosher salt pinch
- pecans chopped, for garnish
- cinnamon sugar sprinkle

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the cupcake pan.
